Lucy Folk offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return.

Secure Packaging
Carefully place your items in their original Lucy Folk jewelry box or garment bag and pack them into a sturdy shipping carton.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
